Soccer Jobs

· Assist the board of directors in developing short and long term strategies for the club

· Provide player, coaching and/or parent conflict resolutions as needed

· Manage e-mail and telephone inquiries

· Upgrade the level of soccer within the club

· Interact with local high school program and review program process and direction

· Create / maintain college recruiting relationships to assist player recruiting

· Participate in regional, national level tournaments

· Become the flagship club of the North Shore

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

· Minimum USSF B License or equivalent

· 10 years coaching experience

· Experience playing soccer

· Ability to articulate concepts to large audiences

· Interact diplomatically and effectively with board of directors, parents, coaches, team managers, players and others within the community

· Possess strong interpersonal skills, solid written and oral communication skills

· Computer experience and knowledge of multiple software programs, i.e. Microsoft office and e-mail skills/capability

· Demonstrate ability to relate to and communicate with players of all skill levels and all ages

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands and projects

· Dynamic personality with innovative ideas and strong motivational skills

· Ability to work a non-traditional schedule of afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends and some holidays
