The Illinois Youth Soccer / US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program is the elite player identification program in Illinois and the United States. The US Youth Soccer Olympic Development Program has identified more players participating on professional and national teams than any other program.

FREE TICKETS TO FIRE HOME OPENER FOR ALL ODP PLAYERS
Players in the Illinois Olympic Development Program will be recognized at the Chicago Fire's 2012 Home Opener against the Philadelphia Union on Saturday, March 24.
All ODP players receive a free ticket to the game and additional tickets can be purchased at a special price. Free and additional tickets must be ordered thru this ORDER FORM.

| After completing the online registration all ODP participants must print, sign & bring a completed HARD COPY of the IYSA Medical Release to your first training session, EVEN IF YOU COMPLETED THE ONLINE VERSION.
