DESCRIPTION:Date(s): February 2 – May 24\, 2026 – Candidates must attend ALL dates including but not limited to: \n\nOnline Meetings:\n\nPre-Course Meeting: February 2\nPre-Course Meeting II: February 9\nIndividual Meetings: Week of February 12\n\n\nIn-Person Meetings: Classroom session at IYSA Office in Arlington Heights\n\nFebruary 17-20\n\n\n\n  \nRegistration & Complete Details \n  \nCourse Details: CTL-Level 1 is the entry level for the Club Technical Leadership Pathway. It is designed to help club technical leaders understand their role connected to their club’s mission\, values\, and principles and to begin the journey of developing their competencies as club technical leaders. \n  \nEligibility Requirements: To register for the U.S. Soccer CTL Level 1 Course\, individuals must meet the following prerequisites: \n  \n· At least 18 years of age \n· Hold a U.S. Soccer B license* \n· Have a minimum of one (1) year experience in a club technical leadership role (DOC\, Technical Director\, Age Group/Gender DOC\, GK DOC) \n*Application for a waiver of the U.S. Soccer B License may be considered based on the following: \n\nClub technical leader has 5 years of club technical leadership experience AND a U.S. Soccer C License\n\nOR \n\nClub technical leader has a recognized equivalent foreign license\n\n  \nAND \n· Must be currently serving in a technical leadership role within a club responsible in full or in part for: \n\nClub player development philosophy\nClub player development plan or age group development plan\nClub coach development plan or age group coach development plan\n\n
