Looking to Become a Referee?
New referees must be 13 years old at time of registration

Please follow the steps below:

1. Create an account in the U.S. Soccer Learning Center

2. Register for an upcoming course
3. Complete the online course work
   • If you are 18 years or older you must:
     • Complete and clear the background check
     • Complete Safesport Training
4. Attend a mandatory in-person zoom webinar
5. Purchase a uniform kit 
   • Uniform sample

Refereeing League Games

Once you have completed your certification to become a referee, you'll want to sign up with an affiliated league. Each league has its own process to join their referee pool. Please follow the guides below for instructions on how to join them.
