2024/2025 Out-of-State Player Registration (Valid August 1, 2024- July 31, 2025)

Per US Youth Soccer Rule 201, all Illinois resident players must register and obtain permission from Illinois Youth Soccer Association to play in another state’s league.
Any Illinois team that has at least 50 percent of its players registered in Illinois must play in the Illinois Youth Soccer State Cup or Presidents Cup.
To register and obtain permission to play with a team outside of Illinois, please go here. This registration includes player medical insurance. Note: This form is not for an Illinois registered player to guest play with a US Youth Soccer team in a US Youth Soccer tournament.
Takes 48 hours to process request after all paperwork is received. No requests will be processed on Fridays.
