Every Wednesday, IYSA recognizes the Prime Time Players of The Week. 
For a player from your team to be included all you have to fill out the below form. NO LATER THAN TUESDAY AT 12PM

•Should only be submitted by team coach or team personnel
•Only 1 player from each team will be recognized each week
•You can recognize players for accomplishments other than Premiership, MWC or MWC Qualifier.
•1st Recognition: September 3rd Last Recognition: November 5th
