Safeguarding Badge Application

To earn the Illinois Youth Soccer Safeguarding Badge, clubs must meet all of the following requirements:

• All required members of the club meet all of the IYSA risk management requirements and have them properly uploaded in their US Soccer Learning Center Profile and IYSA SportsEngine profile
• Club follows all goal safety requirements and has no reports of unachored goals in the last 12-months
• Club shares proper video camera anchoring instructions with all coaches, team managers and any other individual who may record a club match.
• Club has a designated Safeguarding Coordinator
