The inaugural Illinois Midwest Conference (MWC) Qualifier is set to commence, with the intention of each club to earn their place into the US Youth Soccer (USYS) Midwest Conference! The MWC Qualifier is being ran by Illinois Youth Soccer for the first time where the journey really begins. The Midwest Conference is one of 13 different conferences that fall under the scope of the USYS National League. Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Michigan, Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota make up the Midwest Conference.
The MWC Qualifier is the start of the National League Conference pathway and to be the best, as they rightfully say, you have to beat the best. 6 divisions,13U-17U boys and 13U girls take the stage in a highly anticipated Spring season. The divisions have been finalized and the accepted teams are shown below:
