2024-2025 12U MWC Qualifier
The 12U Illinois MWC Qualifier is a soccer-year-long (Fall & Spring) competition. These games will be played 11v11 and this competition is designed for the most competitive 12U teams that want to play in the top levels of the US Youth Soccer Midwest Conference. The results of this seasons competitions will determine which teams get placed in the following Fall 13U US Youth Soccer Midwest Conference Division.

$450 MWC Qualifier
Per game referee fee with three referees. BOTH teams will pay the following at each MWC Qualifier match
- 12U: $80 per game ( Each team brings: 2 $20 bills, 4 $10 bills)
All games are home team host. Illinois Youth Soccer gives each team a schedule with which games they are the home team
Teams schedule the games among themselves and a finalized schedule must be submitted to Illinois Youth Soccer through the shared form by the schedule by deadline. Teams are allowed to reschedule games as need be, following a specific protocol.
All teams should promptly follow the directions here to update their Premiership contacts so they will appear on their team page
The winning team (or the HOME team if that match ends in a draw) is responsible for reporting the score. Scores can be reported in two ways for the MWC Qualifier.
- Follow the prompts on the match card and report the score via online or phone prompt
- Scan or takes a photo of both gamecards and sends them to iysascoring@gmail.com IF THERE IS A RED CARD ISSUED IN THE MATCH THE TEAM MUST SUBMIT THE RESULT THROUGH THIS PROCESS.
If a referee keeps the gamecards please notify vince@illinoisyouthsocce.org following the match.
Results should be submitted with 24-hrs of the completion of the match or teams could be subject to a fine for failing to submit scores promptly.
