Chicago Empire FC
We are looking to bring in a full time staff coach with experience in a competitive club environment. A Director role is possible, dependent on experience and administrative/curriculum development background.

Essential Functions
- Head Coach 2-5 teams with Chicago Empire FC. Boys and/or Girls.

- Coordinate and manage game schedules
- Utilize and implement technology within the learning environment. Veo, Google Sheets (Google Suite of products).
Additional responsibilities can and will be assigned based on candidate qualifications and a possible Director role.

- Administrative knowledge and experience in club soccer operating systems.

Synergy Soccer Club
Location: Glen Ellyn, IL
Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Staff Coach and Youth Director(Flexible—dependant on position and experience)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organized soccer enthusiast to support the continued growth of our young soccer players. This individual should be able to manage a team and individuals within our club’s framework and curriculum. This individual will run team training sessions and games, and communicate information to families on their team. They will keep a positive working relationship with other staff and work together to ensure growth of all of Synergy’s players.

Key Responsibilities
Coaches are expected to be highly motivated on the field — bringing enthusiasm and knowledge of the game to every session — and well organized off the field to plan training, prepare seasonal schedules, and communicate effectively with players and families. The goal is to provide each player with the most positive soccer experience possible.
All staff are provided with age and ability-specific curricula, along with seasonal development plans, in support of the club’s mission to implement our game model consistently across all age levels. Our teams will compete in a wide variety of leagues, including the newly formed Development Pathway (U12) and National 1 Leagues (U13+), as well as IWSL and YSSL and State tournaments.
Required Qualifications
Licensing and experience requirements vary by age group:
- U8–U9: USSF “E” / Grassroots License and at least one year of club coaching experience
- U10–U14: USSF “D” License or above and at least three years of club coaching experience
- U15 and above: USSF “C” License or above and at least four years of club coaching experience
