Eligibility
Registration for Illinois ODP is open to all soccer players in Illinois born in 2006-2014. ODP provides a platform for players to develop their skills and compete at a high level. The tryouts are designed to be inclusive and provide every player with the chance to showcase their abilities and potentially be selected for the Illinois State Team.
ODP Process
- ODP Winter Training – open to all (“tryout” phase)
- ODP State Team Selection – selected from winter program
- ODP Midwest Regional Camp – top players from Midwest invited
- ODP Midwest Regional Team – selected from the regional camp
- ODP Interregional Event – competition for 4 regional teams
- ODP National Select Team – selected from the Interregional Event

Coaching Staff
Overview
Illinois Youth Soccer’s coaching staff is made up of the state’s finest and experienced coaches. Every coach on staff holds at LEAST a “D” US Soccer Federation National License, many hold “A” and “B” licenses or are Coaching Educators for U.S. Soccer Federation. There are also college coaches on staff.
