Team listed as home should host, unless otherwise agreed
If submission is found to be done without the agreement of both teams, the team who did not notify will forfeit game
If form is submitted after deadline, team who failed to agree on time will be subject to fines or forfeits
Matches can double count if BOTH teams agree
