Coaching Education Badge Application

To earn the Illinois Youth Soccer Coaching Education Badge, clubs must meet all of the following requirements:

• ALL 9U-12U Coaches In club have earned their Grassroots Competitive Club License
• Club must have the following on staff
  • 2 D License Coaches
  • 1 C License Coaches
  • Or the equivelant number of candidates currently in a course
• All club coaches must have created a profile in the US Soccer Learning Center and be up-to-date with all licenses earned
• Every coach in the club has taken a US Soccer Coaching Course Since 2017
• A Technical Leader from the club has complete or be enrolled in the USSF Club Technical Leadership Level 1 License
• Have female coaches on staff or an action play to recruit and develop female coaches

• We do not have any D Licensed Coaches on staff but have at least 2 currently taking a D License Course
• We do not have any D Licensed Coaches
