Spring 2025 State Cup Fee: $1000

The Illinois State Cup is the most prestigious tournament in Illinois and the official state championship tournament of the US Youth Soccer National Championship Series. State champions advance to the US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional Championships with the goal of earning their place in the US Youth Soccer National Championships, the only nationwide championship series where all teams have to #EarnYourPlace by qualifying on the field. This is not just “some” tournament and the list of champions is an impressive collection of some of the best teams to ever play in the “Land Of Lincoln.”

  • March 5 @ 10:30am: Cup Webinars For Coaches & Team Managers
  • March 14: Play-In Game Change Deadline
  • March 14: Coaching Conflicts Due
  • March 14: Graduation Conflicts Due
  • April 1: Initial Rosters Due
  • April 13 & Aprll 19: Play-In Games in Rockford
  • April 24: Home Team Host Game Info Due
  • April 24: Group Game Changes Due: While teams will still have the opportunity to move games off of Rockford from May 16-18 teams will NO LONGER get a $50 refund for doing so.
  • May 1: Rockford Game Times Announced
  • May 16-18: State Cup Group Play Weekend: Sportscore Two in Rockford
  • May 23-25: State Cup Quarterfinals & Semifinals: Sportscore Two in Rockford
  • May 30- May 31: State Cup Finals: Sportscore Two in Rockford
  • June 20 – 25: US Youth Soccer Midwest Regional Championships: Overland Park, KS
  • July 22 – 27: US Youth Soccer National Championships: Orlando, FL
