The U.S. Soccer National D Course Reassessment hosted by Illinois Youth Soccer provides an opportunity for a student who received a provisional final assessment to complete a retest of their final assessment. Students who received provisional status in their original D course evaluation are eligible to apply for a reassessment. Click for more information
